The Process

1. Contact regarding your interest in submitting a promotional post at least 2 weeks before your intended date. Do not send promotional material at this point.

2. State what type of promotional post you want and state a time frame that works best.

4. Once a date is agreed upon, you can send the media kit. Kits can be directly sent or linked to from an online drive.

6. Posts will be scheduled for 12:00 AM EST on the date.

Examples of types of post:

  • Author interview - questions can be provided by The Book Cove or by the author
  • Book blog tour - this must be set up on your own with a book blog tour company. Here are a couple of sites we've worked with before that we recommend.
  • Author spotlight - featuring a collection of the author's work
  • Book blitz/spotlight - featuring a single book
  • Cover reveal
  • Book deals/promotions
  • Anything else or a combination of these!

What to include in media kits
We do not accept media kits with only a book cover and synopsis.
